Half-day rates are available, any additional hours will be calculated at 20% full days rate.
All prices are excluding VAT.
AV technician rates
All equipment hire includes ‘on call’ support and assistance during weekday hours (9:00 – 17:00).
All equipment requiring technical support support outside these hours will be charged additionally at an hourly rate of £45.
- Half-day hire is available between (9:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00).
- Additional out of hours technician support must be booked with a minimum 3 weeks’ notice.
- Clients are not permitted to use their own equipment apart from laptops.
- All prices are subject to VAT.
